We are looking to hire a detail oriented and results driven Bookkeeper immediately. In this role you will be responsible for reconciliations, journal entries, invoice tracking, stop payments, submitting reports, posting payments and transactions.

Candidates must have bookkeeping experience and experience with Quickbooks pro. Details for the full time Bookkeeper:

  • Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm (no nights or weekends!)
  • Pay range starting at $16+
  • Contract to hire

Day to day responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:

  • Run daily financial reports
  • Post payments
  • File invoices electronically
  • Perform journal entries
  • Reconcile payments

Job requirements of the Bookkeeper:

  • Quickbooks pro
  • 2+ years of Bookkeeping experience
