PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for a Customer Service opening within the banking industry! This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual (English/Spanish) banking professional with exceptional customer service skills.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • Pay Rate: $15.00-$17.00/hour
  • Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire Opportunity!

Job Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Assisting customers with opening and closing accounts, ATM services, debit/credit card processing and updating their account information
  • Deliver high quality customer service, stressing customer care, product knowledge and problem resolution
  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers and address their concerns in a timely manner

Job Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the banking industry in a teller or customer service role
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
