PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for a Benefits Admin position in Marlton, NJ!



  • Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Pay Rate: $17-$18/hr
  • Temp to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Generate, review and deliver monthly HIF billing invoices
  • Works with HIF team/client/enrollment vendor to resolve all billing discrepancies and enrollment system processing discrepancies.
  • Communicates with Managers on client's service-related issues.
  • Trains the clients on the enrollment system and answer questions related to entry, assists with system enrollment discrepancies and corrections, related to entry.
  • Provide support and assistance to HIF Employee Benefit Specialist as needed.
  • Sends HIF correspondence out to member groups as requested from Program Manager.
  • Reconciliation of discrepancy reports from the weekly EDI carrier file transfers.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum two year's industry related service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem solving, organizational and analotical skills.
  • Ability to focus in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to travel to client work sites when needed.
  • Excellent math skills; basic accounting knowledge is required.
