PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for an Assistant Transportation Coordinator in Center City, Philadelphia!

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • The ATC schedules, routes and dispatches trips to 3rd party transportation providers and handles coordination of pre-scheduled patient trips to medical facilities.
  • Schedule, route and dispatch trips
  • Assist with the coordination of public trans
  • May also include administering the volunteer driver/gas reimbursement program
  • Work closely with transportation providers and health care facilities to resolve problems
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED

  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred , geographical knowledge required

  • At least 1 year of heavy phone volume customer service experience, In-bound call center exp prefer

  • Transportation experience to include: trip assignment, re-routing and dispatching trips

  • Superior customer service and phone skills, problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
