Details for the Assembly Operator:

  • Schedule: Full Time! 1st and 2nd shift, must be available for both, including weekends
  • Pay Rate: $12/hour
  • Permanent position- Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Assembly Operator:

  • Start out training on finishing
  • Verifying counts, measuring the O Rings, sanding O Rings, and preparing the O Rings for inspection
  • Cross trained in other areas
  • Using sizing mandrels and hot ovens
  • Using hand tools such as but not limited to: calipers, pi tapes, step cones, pliers
  • Inspection of finished O Rings

Job Requirements for the Assembly Operator:

  • Must have at least 1 year of steady work experience
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted
  • Stand or sit for long periods of time, depending on stage of production
  • Candidates must be willing to submit to a Pre-Employment Screening, including Drug & Background Check
