PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Support Professional in Berwyn!

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, Normal business hours
  • Pay Rate: $16-20/hour based off experience
  • Temp-Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Greet and welcome all guests, provide directions accordingly
  • Operating a multi-line telephone
  • Coordinate and arrange meeting times and locations
  • Maintain proper documentation in all log books
  • Preparing documents including spreadsheet, reports, memos, and letters
  • Provide support to the Sales and Marketing team
    • Coordinate customer meetings
    • Registrations
    • Supply orders

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suites
  • Excellent organizational, customer service and communication skills
  • Must be reliable and have a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or on a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment!
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
