Job Description

Our client, a leader in the Mortgage Services Industry, is seeking qualified applicants for an Administrative Processing roles at their facility in Plymouth Meeting!

Schedule: Monday - Friday (2 shifts open)

  • 9am - 5pm
  • 10am - 6pm

Pay Rate: $15 - 17 per hour to start, based on experience!

Job Responsibilities & Description: (We will provide training!)

  • Typing up title information and handling other requests.
  • Reviewing loan documentation for errors and ensuring that they are accurate
  • Clear minor title issues that arise
  • Perform final check for taxes, vesting, lien position matters and all other checklist items prior to sending to closing.
  • Determine if loan is approved to schedule or clear to close if possible or escalate to examiner(s)

Job Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 year of office / customer service experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
