Job Responsibilities for Administrative Customer Service Representative:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Scheduling customer calls for technicians
  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Filing paperwork
  • Ordering parts for customers
  • Overall maintenance of customer information database

Job Requirements for Administrative Customer Service Representative:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
