Administrative Assistant Job Details:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm - NO WEEKENDS!
  • Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour (Pay rate increases to $15.00 after 90 days of employment)
  • Contract to Hire

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Greet customers and answer customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide administrative support for sales staff and managers
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed

Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:

  • Associates degree OR 1 year of administrative experience
  • Customer service mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs. occasionally
