Administrative Assistant Details

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $14.42 per hour
  • Contract to Hire

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Manage job specific supplies and paperwork
  • Receive and distribute incoming supplies
  • Provide administrative support for the production department
  • Assist with sourcing applicants

Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 year of administrative assistant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Specifically Excel and Outlook
