Job Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Answering phones
  • Distributing mail
  • Organizing paper and electronic files

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative or secretarial experience
