PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant position in Bethlehem!


  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Pay Rate: $16 an hour
  • Temporary to Permanent Position

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Greet all clients coming into the office
  • Answer phone calls and direct clients to the correct department
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities
  • Process payroll
  • Assist with recruiting for open positions and maintain scheduling
  • Type up contracts
  • Work with expense vouchers

Job Requirements:

  • Must have experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have previous experience working in an office setting
