  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
  • Temporary to Hire

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities & Description

  • Assist in daily operational tasks such as fielding general inquiries, managing and organizing the office, manage documents and process payments, etc.
  • Field general human resources, payroll, and benefit inquiries
  • Manage and troubleshoot accounts receivables and payables
  • Coordinate with executive team members to ensure annual reports / targets are maintained
  • Act as liaison between with accounting / human resources departments and executive team members
  • Assist in management of social media and website content
  • Assist in development and execution of marketing initiatives, including biannual conferences
  • Assist in international business and travel requirements

Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in office administration preferred
  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Basic computing skills required: experiencein Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
  • Experience in accounts payables and receivables a must!
  • Reliable and dependable work ethic needed
