PeopleShare is seeking an experienced and polished Administrative Assistant for a manufacturing company located in Latrobe, PA! This is a contract to hire position in a laid back environment that we are looking to fill immediately.

Job Details for Administrative Assistant:

  • Schedule:Monday-Friday daylight
  • Pay Rate: $15 per hour
  • Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Administrative Assistant: As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for sorting and distributing work tickets, distributing reports as well as the duties listed below:

  • Assemble work tickets, cut slips, ID maps and give back to the applicator for review
  • Stock semi-finished work tickets
  • Record metrics on Daily Management Board for Applications and MRP

Job Requirements for Administrative Assistant:

  • High School Degree (GED)

  • Computer Literate (SAP helpful, EXCEL RQD)

  • Previous experience in a similar field i.e. administrative assistant, secretary or administrative support
