Job Details for Administrative Assistant:

  • Schedule: M-F 8-4:30pm
  • Pay Range: $15.50-$18.50/hour
  • Permanent position - Contract to hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Administrative Assistant:

  • Provide administrative support to operations team and human resources department
  • Answer phones and greet visitors and guests
  • Schedule meetings and help with special projects
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and order office supplies
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, new hire orientation, and benefits

Job Requirements for Administrative Assistant:

  • Must have 1 year experience has a receptionist
  • Must have 2 years experience in an administrative support role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
