PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for a Business Support Analyst in Marlton, NJ!

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday/9 A.M. to 5 P.M./full-time
  • Pay Rate: $17-$18
  • Contract to Hire

Principal Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects and organize pertinent information necessary to moving them along in the sales process, including but not limited to financial reports from Hoover's or Data.com, company information from the internet, experience modification factors, Judy Diamond reports, LinkedIn information, and executive Bio's.
  • Prepare materials necessary for initial sales meeting such as capabilities presentations and marketing materials.
  • Attend client meetings as needed.
  • Create customized correspondence with prospects and clients.
  • Review and analyze insurance policies for deficiencies compared to current exposures of a Prospect's insurance program.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of an Insured or Prospect's business operations and the insurance policies necessary to best protect the assets of the corporation and the owners of the business.
  • Creation of customized analysis for all lines of coverage.
  • Prepare detailed comparison of the Named Insureds and Cross Lines Coverages in a Matrix Worksheet.
  • Assist the Business Development Producer (BDP) in compiling and gathering the necessary information required for an underwriting submission.

Other Functions

  • Maintain and update Salesforce.com data on behalf of the business development producer.
  • Maintain an organized calendar on behalf the producer.
  • Review and analyze contracts and agreements for deficiencies to address in the analysis.
  • Organize information received for preparation of the analysis.
  • Assist with coverage analysis for creation of standard Coverage Summaries.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Oversee accuracy of data in ImageRight.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (Business or Risk Management preferred).
  • Resident State Insurance Producer License and other Non-Resident State Producer Licenses - Property and Casualty License
  • Two Years Practical Experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products; Access; Power Point, Excel and Word required.
  • Self-starter, flexible, and able to multitask with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
