Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist opportunities with a national corporation in Chadds Ford, PA! Looking for qualified candidates with previous experience in AR/AP or Collections. Job Details for Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full Time (flexible schedule from 7AM-5PM)
  • Pay Rate: $17

Job Responsibilities & Description for Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist:

  • Record daily receipts from customers, including ACH, credit card, lockbox deposits and check by phone transactions
  • Perform daily reconciliation between recorded deposits in accounting system and banking activity
  • Perform daily reconciliation between authorized credit card transactions and credit card management system
  • Research customer payment discounts and determine accuracy
  • Assist credit and collections team with inquiries on customer accounts as needed

Job Requirements for Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist:

  • Some prior experience in AP or AR or collections/billing
  • Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
