Job Details for Accounts Payable Processor:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
  • Pay Rate: $20/hr to $25/hr - depending on experience
  • Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Accounts Payable Processor:

  • Accounts payable invoice entry and posting
  • Drop shipment billing/costing/invoicing
  • Vendor statement reconciliation
  • Purchase order reconciliation

Job Requirements for Accounts Payable Processor:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience with an inventory system a plus
