Seeking a Qualified Accounts Payable Clerk!!


PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for an Accounts Payable position in Elverson!


  • Schedule: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
  • Full-time, temporary position with the potential for hire

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Filing, mailing, and processing tasks assigned by A/P Manager
  • Process vendor invoices
  • Assist with customer invoices
  • Reconcile monthly vendor statements
  • Liaise externally with vendor contacts

Job Requirements:

  • Must have prior A/P experience
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Must understand basic accounting principles
  • Must be attentive to detail
