Job Description for Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk:

- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions

- Maintain accurate records in accounting database regarding invoices, debits and credits

- Assist with collection of outstanding debts and payment plans

Qualifications of Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Clerk:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

- Some prior experience in AP or AR or collections/billing
