Job Description

PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for an Account Specialist in Bensalem, PA! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at a global company!


  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Pay Rate: $45,000-55,000
  • Temporary to permanent hire or direct hire!!!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Accounting Specialist:

  • Review all non-product invoices and check requests to ensure compliance with policies for appropriate approvals
  • Post product invoices in ERP system to vendors account
  • Prepare and process accounts all payable checks, wire transfers and electronic (ACH) payments
  • Answer all vendor requests regarding payment status and discrepancies
  • Create and maintain Excel documents to facilitate the monitoring of expense items

Job Requirements for Accounting Specialist:

  • Minimum of 2 years in accounting field with a strong focus on an AP background
  • High school graduate
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
