PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for an entry level Accounting/Data Entry Associate in Somerset, NJ! This position offers growth opportunity within a well-established global company.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Pay Rate: $14-16/hour
  • Temp to hire opportunity

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Receive, organize and prepare checks for deposit, checking with the mail room and internal teams for new checks throughout the day

  • Work directly with the bank to process the deposit

  • Review, compare and audit deposits throughout the process, making corrections as needed

  • Data entry of invoice information into the banking system

  • Approve and organize deposits for next step in the AR process

Job Requirements:

  • Six months to one year of experience related to accounts receivable, data entry, or other information processing

  • Associate's Degree preferred

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy as well as organizational skills
