PeopleShare has an excellent job opening as an Accounting Clerk in Horsham, PA! Accounting Clerk Job Details:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $11.00 - $14.50/hr
  • Temporary to Hire! 6 month contract with opportunity to be hired on after contract is complete

Job Responsibilities & Description for Accounting Clerk:

  • Maintain accurate records and filing of documents
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and enter data into accounting software
  • Perform data entry and assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks upon request

Accounting Clerk Job Requirements:

  • Experience using JD Edwards accounting software highly preferred!
  • 4-year Degree from an accredited university, preferably in accounting or finance
  • Minimum 1-3 years in accounting role
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and a dedicated worker
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
