PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for an Accounting Assistant/Entry Level Bookkeeper in Ewing, NJ!

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
  • Pay Rate: $16-19/hour
  • Temp to hire opportunity

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Enter financial information into QuickBooks and maintain financial records
  • Post and verify transactions (process accounts payable and collect accounts receivable)
  • Conduct bank reconciliations
  • Timeslip billing
  • Reconcile and issue invoices
  • Create and update expense reports
  • Process other financial reports and gather information for analysis
  • Assist with general administrative duties as needed

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting support or bookkeeping
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization and time management skills
  • Ability to recognize discrepancies and inefficiencies and remedy the problem
  • Experience with MS Office and QuickBooks accounting software
  • Abicus experience preferred
