Job Details for for Account Manager:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-8PM (depending on region assigned)
  • Pay Rate: $16-17/hour

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Account Manager:

  • Consistent and effective communication with respective Regional Manager and other personnel
  • Responsible for taking all inbound calls, emails, and fax requests pertaining to properties within a portfolio
  • Responsible for entering all related request information into the ERP system along with any important notes related to the requests
  • Enters any new pricing information into the ERP System in an expedient manner
  • Responsible for coordinating and communicating updates to the Regional Manager along with each property contact regarding the status of repairs

Job Requirements for the Account Manager:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be flexible and efficient
  • Must have customer service or account management experience
