PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for an Account Coordinator in Allentown, PA!

  • Schedule: Varying Shifts between 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour (Overtime Available)

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Assist customers with their options for health care and guide them to the best health plan solution and health insurance benefits for their needs.
  • Receive phone calls and clearly identify the type of assistance the customer needs.
  • Must be able to meet the performance goals set including: Efficiency, Call Quality, Customer Service, Satisfaction, and Attendance.
  • Assist in problem resolution in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED Demonstrated
  • 1 year experience in an office setting, call center setting or phone support role
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation including the training period, where lunches and breaks are scheduled, with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule, and work over-time and/or weekends, as needed
  • All new hires will be required to successfully complete the Customer Service training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material
  • Must have valid Pennsylvania Accident & Health Insurance License (PeopleShare will provide this upon hire, if you do not already have one)
