Job Description

PeopleShare is seeking a highly-skilled Accident and Health/ Life, Accident and Health Representative for a Fortune 5 Health Insurance Company. This is an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity in the Reno, NV area.


Compensation:

$13.00 per hour, $20.25 for every hour over 40 worked per week with additional performance incentives throughout the year.

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work in a call center environment with members of a health insurance company to provide appropriate solutions that best fit the needs of the callers
  • Provide customers with product and service information for both inbound and outbound calls
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Requirements:

  • The capability to work in a very structured environment that has assigned schedules and breaks
  • Good data entry, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proper telephone etiquette and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, excellent work ethic, and personal accountability
  • Good organizational and time management skills

**An extensive background check including, but not limited to, 7 year work history, criminal check, military records, education and employment verification of records, licenses, and designations will be conducted.**
