PeopleShare is hiring Customer Support Specialists in the Reading Area!!!

Location: Reading, PA (not downtown) - free parking lot accessible

Pay Rate: $12.50 per hour to start with an increase to $14+ per hour within your first year of employment!!!

Schedule: TRAINING = Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm ... AFTER TRAINING you must be flexible between 8am - 9pm Monday through Friday + occasional Saturdays as needed!

Customer Support Specialist Job Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Flexible Schedule
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 30wmp

Customer Support Specialist Job Description:

  • Answer and transfer inbound calls
  • Process credit card payments over the phone
  • Transfer service upon customer relocation
