This position is ideal for a bilingual professional with excellent leadership and communication skills!

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • Salary: $55,000-$65,000 plus benefits package! This position is Direct Hire!

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for conducting company-wide training programs for office, supervisory and manufacturing staff members. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Plan and coordinate all training programs, conferences and seminars for employees
  • Write, edit and evaluate training programs using MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Develop and edit training videos
  • Schedule training's and set up meeting spaces accordingly
  • Conduct new hire training's along with existing employees

Job Requirements for the Training Coordinator:

  • Bilingual (written and verbal) in English and Spanish is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and video editing software
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Experience working in manufacturing
  • Bachelors Degree
