  • Draw patterns with precision
  • Must be able to read, follow and improve Bill of Material documents
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Understand Multiple step and multi-person production sewing operation
  • Ability to communicate immediate production errors with management
  • Steady work history
  • Good attendance
