Job Details for Scheduling Coordinator:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (full-time or part-time)
  • Pay Rate: Competitive rate $14-$16 an hour dependent on client and experience
  • Contract to hire and OT opportunities

The Ideal Candidate for Scheduling Coordinator:

  • Previous mortgage/title, customer service, scheduling, coordinating, or planning experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Great communication skills
  • Data entry/computer skills

A Day in the Life of a Scheduling Coordinator:

  • Enter and assign scheduling requests, as necessary
  • Ensure company's 2-hour-turn-around time commitment to client(s)
  • Monitor vendor fees to ensure fee guidelines are being met, obtain management approval for any fees exceeding company guidelines
  • Monitor vendor notes for performance/reject issues to ensure quality agents are being utilized, as necessary
  • Confirm signing appointment completion via phone, fax, and/or email with appraisers and customers
