We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Princeton, NJ!

The Recruiter will be responsible for the following:

  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards or social media
  • Source and recruit candidates -- conduct interviews both over the phone and in-person
  • Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Complete orientation for all candidates including I9's, W4's, all payroll/timekeeping information and setting login credentials
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Build rapport with client base and ensure they are up-to-date on status of the search
  • Coordinate all on-site client interviews
  • Conduct skills testing, reference checks and pre-employment screenings
  • Promote company's reputation as 'best place to work'
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a very high pace environment

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or other hiring or scheduling experience
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes - scheduling, hiring and interviewing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High sense of urgency
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
