We are presently conducting a search for a Recruiter to join our internal recruitment team in Richmond, VA. This role is ideal for a 'people' person. If you are outgoing, love to talk with people, love to work in a fast-paced environment, this is for you! Ideally, you should have a mix of customer service experience (such as hotel, restaurant, retail sales) and office experience (administrative, banking, front desk).

Job Overview:
In this role, your objective is to find job candidates for placement into jobs at our client companies.


You will:

  • Fill temp-to-hire, temp and direct hire jobs at our client companies (most positions are administrative, clerical or warehouse)
  • Conduct telephone and in-person interviews
  • Coordinate on-site client interviews for your job seekers
  • Stay in excellent communication with your job seekers by email, phone calls, texts
  • Make 25-30 outbound phone calls to new job seekers per day
  • Help answer the phone and assist callers
  • Enter all information into the computer database
  • Write and post job advertisements on social media, CareerBuilder, and other sites
  • Meet with your team, strategize and create a plan to fill each client opening
  • Conduct on-boarding for your job seekers (create log in information, set up their payroll record, enter all needed employment information accurately)
  • Ensure that each job seeker has completed the job application process
  • Conduct skills testing
  • Check references
  • Other activities as needed such as attend job fairs or networking events, tour client locations

Job Requirements

•        Customer Service and Office Admin experience


•        Excellent computer skills


•        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


•        Ability to pivot from one task to another with ease


•        Ability to build rapport with job seekers and clients
