Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm or 7pm (May vary)

Job Responsibilities & Description for Operations Analyst:

  • Assisting supervisor in day to day activities
  • Assisting management in resolving client issues
  • Provide training to new employees
  • Take on complex tasks daily
  • Constant communication with clients daily

Job Requirements for Operations Analyst:

  • Must have a recent college degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Must have good Computer skills
  • Must be very organized
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership skills
