PeopleShare is hiring for a Real Estate Paralegal to work with a reputable firm in Princeton, NJ!

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Salary: $22-$27/hour based upon experience
  • Temporary, with the opportunity to extend into a permanent position

The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for providing administrative and legal support to the attorney, primary job duties include:

  • Providing clients with updates regarding scheduling, transaction updates and general inquiries
  • Review correspondence and contracts for the attorney
  • Maintain documentation of all transaction updates, court orders and closing dates
  • Assist with all real estate transactions from initial contracts to closings

Job Requirements for the Real Estate Paralegal:

  • Minimum of 2 years of real estate paralegal experience
  • Paralegal Certificate highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Organized and self-motivated
