Job Responsibilities & Description for Real Estate Paralegal:

  • SUPPORT ATTORNEYS IN REAL ESTATE PRACTICE GROUP

  • PREPARE DOCS (DEEDS, MORTGAGES, NOTES, UCC'S,SNDA'S, ESTOPPELS, LEASES AND LEASE ABSTRACTIONS, ETC)

  • DRAFT CORPORATE DOCUMENTS (CONSENTS , SECRETARY'S CERTIFICATES AND RELATED INSTRUMENTS)

  • REVIEW AGREEMENTS/LEASES/LOANS, DOCS-PREP FOR CLOSINGS


  • REVIEW TITLE INSURANCE SEARCHES, COMMITMENTS AND POLICIES

Job Requirements for Real Estate Paralegal:

  • BROAD RANGE OF ESTATE ADMIN EXPERIENCE - INCLUDING LACKNER SYSTEM - RE ADMIN SOFTWARE


  • COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL RE KNOWLEDGE

  • MS OFFICE

  • PARALEGAL CERTIFICATE /BA DEGREE OR PARALEGAL CERT. EQUIVALENT
