Job Details for Production Supervisor:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 2 PM-12 AM
    • Overtime built into schedule, weekdays and weekends
  • Pay Rate: $50,000-55,000
    • Regular 40 hours plus overtime
  • Direct Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Production Supervisor:

  • Directs and coordinates activities of production department(s) in processing materials or manufacturing products
  • Reviews production orders or schedules
  • Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for processing materials or manufacturing products
  • Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization
  • Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Job Requirements for Production Supervisor:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous supervisory experience in a production setting
  • Previous experience in the concrete or construction industry
  • Mathematical, analytical, and reasoning ability
