Job Details for Production Supervisor:

  • Pay Rate: $60,000 - $73,000
  • Direct Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description Production Supervisor:

  • Responsible for ensuring on-time production and delivery
  • Assists with employee training programs and evaluate employee performance
  • Responsible for maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure proper documentation and complete reports (compliance, checklists, production reports, spreadsheets, metrics, incident investigations, etc)
  • Recommends improvement in production methods to ensure lean manufacturing

Job Requirements Production Supervisor:

  • Prior production supervisor experience is a must
  • Must have experience in lean manufacturing with 5S initiatives
  • Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude
  • Must be willing to successfully submit to pre employment screenings
  • Minor maintenance and electrical experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of KRONOS is a plus
