Job Responsibilities & Description

  • Tracks Account Receivable Revenue
  • Schedules Accounts Payable Disbursements
  • Issues all checks
  • Reconciles bank statements
  • Generates all reporting from QuickBooks
  • Manages Investments / Schedule of Certificates of Deposit
  • Reconciles credit card statements
  • Processes Payroll through Chamber's Payroll Outsourcing
  • Processes Applications and Payments for Employee Benefits (Medical, Life, Disability, 401(k)
  • Primary Financial Contact for Annual Audit
  • Reconciles Petty cash

Job Requirements

  • Computer Proficiency - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, bookkeeping procedures, database entry, payroll taxes and due dates
  • Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • High School Diploma
  • Five years qualified experience
