PeopleShare is seeking a professional Office Coordinator to work for an established company in North Brunswick, NJ!

The Office Coordinator is responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks within the office and to provide support to the office manger.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • Pay Rate: $15.00-$16.00/hour
  • Temp-to-Hire opportunity

Job responsibilities for the Office Coordinator include:

  • Answering phones, assisting customers and directing calls
  • Assist with sorting, filing, coordinating and maintaining documents in the database
  • Provide support to the office manager on day to day operations
  • Data entry, maintaining office supplies, coordinate schedules, and other administrative duties as needed

Job Requirements for the Office Coordinator include:

  • Proficient computer skills; well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Flexible to changing priorities and tasks
