Job Details for Office Coordinator:

  • Schedule: M-F 8:00-4:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $15-16 an hour
  • Temporary position

Job Responsibilities & Description for Office Coordinator:

  • Provide advanced administrative and clinical management support
  • Triage calls, coordinating and scheduling.
  • Assist with complex patient services
  • Responding to inquiries and assist stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, letters and reports
  • Assist with new hire process and timekeeping

Job Requirements for Office Coordinator:

  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
  • Proficiency with EHR
  • Intermediate proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
