Details for Mortgage Post Closer Associate:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
  • This is a 3 month contract with the possibility to extend indefinitely!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Mortgage Post Closer Associate:

  • Responsible for reviewing, assembling and delivering closed mortgage loan documentation to the outside investor within the lock in expiration date provided by the investor
  • Ensures that all closed loans, including conventional and government, are properly documented and comply with applicable Regulations. Also ensures that closed loans are in compliance with FDPA with regards to Flood Zone certification, as well as Federal and State laws
  • Responsible for storage and maintenance of loan documents including file and electronic copying
  • Monitor and activate PMI. Navigate through PMI websites.

Job Requirements for Mortgage Post Closer Associate:

  • Prior experience in real estate lending required
  • FHA and VA first mortgage experience required
  • Conventional first mortgage and/or Equity Line/Second Mortgage experience helpful
  • Strong oral and written communication skills combined with the ability to make sound decisions
