Job Details for the Mortgage Closer:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Pay Rate: $20-21/hour to start - incentives once hired!
  • Temporary to hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Mortgage Closer:

  • Gather & review all documentation required in mortgage closing process
  • Interact with all parties throughout close including but not limited to realtors, title company, attorney's staff, insurance agents, Credit Union partners
  • Maintain accurate records and provide high quality customer service to all parties
  • Provide and maintain extensive knowledge of real estate regulations, appraisal guidelines, & financial statements

Job Requirements for the Mortgage Closer:

  • High School Diploma required-Additional technical coursework in real estate or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years or more of mortgage closing and TRID experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
