We are seeking a Member Services Representative to be apart of their Plan Operations Team. If you have experience in benefits related Customer Service, this could be the role for you!

Job Details for Member Services Representative:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Pay Rate: $45,000-$48,000 a year
  • Direct hire opportunity

Job Responsibilities & Description for Member Services Representative:

  • Provides superior service to members and employers as part of the Plan Operations Team
  • Responds to member questions and inquiries received via telephone, email or portal
  • Processes transactions using expertise, tools and technology
  • Provides benefits connect technical support
  • Researches, interprets, and shares accurate and complete benefits plan information
  • Provides assistance with Employer agreements, ensures compliance with procedures, and demonstrates sensitivity to members while maintaining accuracy and production standards

Job Requirements for Member Services Representative:

  • Minimum of three years experience in a benefits related customer service position
  • One or more years of prior call center experience
  • Basic typing and 10 key pad experience
  • Ability to keep current with program, process and administrative changes relative to the established Benefits plan
  • Willingness to work overtime or modified hours when required
