Details for Maintenance Supervisor:

  • Schedule: 40 hours / flexible / some weekend work
  • Pay Rate: $60,000 - $75,000
  • Direct Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Maintenance Supervisor:

  • Maintains hot water systems
  • Manages air compression systems, refrigeration systems, and preventive maintenance
  • Performs required chemical tests, monitors equipment and completes required paperwork
  • Conducts monthly safety meetings with plant staff

Job Requirements for Maintenance Supervisor:

  • High School Degree or GED
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience within a food processing facility
  • Stationary Engineering Degree preferred
  • Technical Refrigeration license preferred
  • Working knowledge of HACCP, USDA, OSHA, EPA, and EMS regulations
