Job Details for the Maintenance Planner:

  • Schedule: M-F 8:00AM - 4:30PM M-F
  • Pay Rate: $20-22hr (Based on experience)
  • Contract-Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Maintenance Planner:

  • Distribute P.M. to be completed prior to due date.
  • Distribute Work Orders to be completed prior to due date or in a timely manner based of severity and priority.
  • Put projected time for completion of the job
  • Assign task based off skill level.
  • Look at work notifications daily and determine what is to be made into a work order along with priority.
  • Notify any notification, requestor as to the status in regards to being made a work order or declined with explanation why.
  • Schedule work for the following week.

Job Requirements for the Maintenance Planner:

  • Strong background in Maintenance required
  • Proficient computer skills
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
