Details for Maintenance Manager:

  • Schedule: A flexible 40 hours with some weekend work
  • Pay Rate: $60K-$75K yearly
  • Direct Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Maintenance Manager:

  • Conduct maintenance of air compression, refrigeration, and hot water systems
  • Delegate maintenance employees with daily operations
  • Responsible for conducting monthly plant staff meetings
  • Perform required chemical tests
  • Monitor all equipment and complete required paperwork

Job Requirements for Maintenance Manager:

  • High School degree or GED
  • Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance within a food processing facility; maintenance manager or maintenance supervisor
  • Previous supervisory experience required
  • Knowledgeable of USDA, HACCP, EPA, EMS and OSHA regulations
  • Proficiency in implementing cost-reduction methods
