Details for Machine Operator:

  • The candidate selected MUST be available for all shifts!
  • Pay Rate: $18.50 to start; $19.50 when perm!
  • MUST be comfortable working in all weather conditions!
  • Contract to hire!

Machine Operator Responsibilities & Description:

  • Operation of heavy equipment, lift truck and handle tools
  • Regularly monitor the heating and melting of metal alloys
  • Have the ability to follow mix instructions to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Have the ability to complete all change overs necessary with accuracy in order to prevent cross-contamination of product
  • Perform daily maintenance of machinery

Machine Operator Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • MUST have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior foundry, steel manufacturing, & military experience is preferred!
  • Must be able to follow all safety and company standards
