Job Description

We are seeking skilled production associates for a Machine Operator position in Monroe Township, NJ! The associate will be responsible for customizing the product to order specifications using machinery. Excellent measurement and math skills required. Machine operation experience preferred but not a requirement - training will be provided!

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday / 1st shift (7:00am - 3:30pm)
  • Pay Rate: $15-16/hour
  • Temp to hire opportunity

Machine Operator Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Operate machinery to customize and cut product per client requests
  • Review orders for priority, quantity and product specifications
  • Measure material, set up machine and execute with precision
  • Package completed orders

Machine Operator Job Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Work well independently
  • Ability to measure accurately and precisely; Math skills
  • Experience operating machinery and/or hand tools preferred but willing to train candidates with excellent attention to detail and measurement/math skills
