Job Details for Machine Operator:

  • Schedule: Rotating shift of 2 weeks day shift, 2 weeks night shift, 2 days on, 2 days off, 6 to 6
  • Pay Rate: $12.00/hr
  • temp to hire position

Job Responsibilities & Description for Machine Operator:

  • Manufacturing support
  • Operate machines
  • Recycling of all scrap into fluff
  • Meeting safety and production targets
  • Maintenance and Housekeeping activities
  • Working with an internal team

Job Requirements for Machine Operator:

  • Must have machine operating experience, production background is preferred but not required
  • Mechanically and mathematically inclined
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays with the rotating shift
  • Must understand that this is a 24/7 operation and you must be reliable to work 12 hour shifts
